For the third year running, UNAIDS Fitness and CrossFitB3F will be participating in one of the biggest events on the functional training calendar: the Murph Challenge – one mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, one mile run. Held on US Memorial Day, the Murph Challenge is dedicated to the heroism of Navy SEAL LT. Michael P. Murphy, who sacrificed his life during a firefight in Afghanistan to save his fellow soldiers.

We will host three Murph Challenge heats on Monday, 27 May: 08h00, 12h30 and 17h30. Remember, everything can be scaled. So don’t be shy. Come take the challenge! And maybe win a prize!

Murphy Memorial Scholarship Foundation, which provides university scholarships for US soldiers and is funding the establishment of a Navy SEAL Museum.
