Mobility is probably the most overlooked element of Cross Training. The better your mobility, the easier a movement will be. The easier the movement, the more you can increase your strength and improve your endurance. But not only are mobility classes important for your cross training movements, but also to improve your posture in general. Think about what our sedentary lifestyle does to us; tightness in the hips, shoulders slouched forward, overall stiffness in the back and the spine, and the list goes on. During mobility classes we will teach you simple movements that you can easily do on a daily basis.
